Joseph L. Matz
Legal Experience
Mr. Matz' practice is in the field of commercial law and bankruptcy with an emphasis on business bankruptcy, out of court settlements and Chapter 11 reorganizations. In the past, Mr. Matz has dedicated his time to several organizations including the Cook County State Attorneys' Hate Crime Council, Jewish National Fund and the March of Dimes; he has served on the Boards of several major businesses including Manufacturer's Bank and Chicken Unlimited Enterprises.
Admissions Information
Mr. Matz has been admitted to practice in the state of Illinois and before the United States District Court (N.D. Ill., E.D.), the United States Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Matz was a member of the American Bar Association and is a member of the Decalogue Society of Lawyers, Chicago Bar Association, American Bankruptcy Institute and Commercial Law League of America.
