Lee J. Levin
Legal Experience
Lee Levin is a partner with the law firm of Kamensky Rubinstein Hochman & Delott, LLP. Prior to his joining the firm, he worked for Navistar Financial Corporation, where he gained knowledge and experience in the areas of bankruptcy and commercial and consumer financing. Mr. Levin then bolstered knowledge in these areas, and expanded his areas of legal knowledge to insurance, agent-company relations and insurance financing at Aon Corporation.
Mr. Levin has been actively involved in mergers, acquisitions and sales of businesses, insurance companies and the creation of several insurance premium financing companies, from their initial incorporation through the creation of the documentation necessary to run such companies on a going forward basis. He has also been involved in forming and structuring corporations, limited liabilities companies and partnerships, the preparation of specialized agreements for medical providers, insurance coverage and regulatory issues and secured transactions. Mr. Levin advises individuals and entities on insurance law, secured lending law, employment law, corporation law and other transactional law issues.

Mr. Levin has been admitted to practice in Illinois and in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
Educational Background
Mr. Levin graduated Cum Laude from the University of Illinois College of Law in 1986. He received his B.A. from the University of Illinois in 1983, and graduated Magna Cum Laude with highest distinction in Political Science.
