Samuel H. Young
Legal Experience
Mr. Young, Of Counsel to Kamensky Rubinstein Hochman & Delott, LLP, is a former Congressman for the 10th Congressional District located in the Northern suburbs of Chicago. He has devoted much time to public office, including serving as Securities Commissioner of Illinois, Assistant Secretary of State for the State of Illinois, and member of Congress in the United States House of Representatives.
During his career, Mr. Young authored many legal texts, including articles published in the Illinois Bar Journal, chapters published in Corporate Law Affecting Readjustment and IICLE Securities Law, as well as the Illinois Transactions Guide and Midwest Transactions Guide, both published in the Matthew Bender series.
