Stuart M. Gimbel

Legal Experience
Stuart Gimbel joined Kamensky Rubinstein Hochman & Delott, LLP in 1993, after practicing at two Chicago law firms for seven years. Mr. Gimbel was made a partner of the Firm in 1997. He has extensive experience in litigation matters before both state and federal courts, as well as in alternative dispute resolution (ADR). Mr. Gimbel concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, with a special emphasis on the prosecution and defense of restrictive covenant claims, a topic upon which Mr. Gimbel has written several articles. He also has extensive experience with other commercial disputes, including partnership dissolutions, contract disputes, fraud, trade secrets and other business torts.

Admissions Information
Mr. Gimbel has been admitted to practice by the Supreme Court of the State of Illinois, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.

Bar Association and Other Memberships
Mr. Gimbel is an active member of the Chicago and American Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Health Care Committee of the Chicago Bar Association.

Educational Background
Mr. Gimbel received his J.D. degree from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1986. He was a member of the Phi Delta Phi law society. Mr. Gimbel received his B.S. degree in communications from Northwestern University in 1983.
