Kamensky Rubinstein Hochman & Delott, LLP's Litigation Group is composed of highly skilled attorneys, who have a wide range of experience in all facets of commercial, criminal, matrimonial and bankruptcy litigation and substantial trial and appellate experience. Our litigators have written and lectured on important legal topics, taught trial practice to lawyers and law students, and served as arbitrators and mediators in dispute resolutions. Although our litigators are involved in complex and significant cases in nearly every area of the law, they have particular experience in health care related disputes. While always ready and willing to proceed to trial, they also focus significant attention on settling matters out of court in order to minimize legal expense and reduce the impact of litigation. Most importantly, our litigators offer consultation in advance of potential litigation to maximize our clients' chances of avoiding legal controversies and attendant personal and financial costs.
