Kamensky Rubinstein Hochman & Delott, LLP provides a broad range of estate planning and asset protection services to individuals (both professionals and non-professionals), their families and their closely-held businesses. Our Estate Planning Group is attuned to each client's unique circumstances and objectives. We help our clients minimize potential income, estate and gift taxes associated with property transfers and inheritance and maximize the value of assets passing to beneficiaries. Our personalized services facilitate the distribution of assets with minimum tax and administrative costs. We have extensive experience in developing ownership structures which broaden the involvement of other family members (when appropriate) as well as minimize the exposure of assets to the claims of creditors. Because of the inter-relationship between estate planning and asset protection planning, pension and employee benefits and individual and business tax planning, the Attorneys in our Estate Planning Group work closely with our other practice groups to assure that each client's planning addresses their current and future needs and objectives in a comprehensive and coordinated manner.
